Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Support, or related sales operations roles.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce administration, CRM governance, data integrity, opportunity management, quote processing, approval workflows, and sales process execution.
- Strong background supporting sales operations, sales support, and business operations functions within a sales organization.
- Experience handling deal documentation, contract coordination, sales compliance, workflow management, and operational reporting.
- Exposure to multi-region or global sales operations environments with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations best practices, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, workflow automation, system administration, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process consistency.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations teams is preferred.
- Experience supporting SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue business models is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations, service standards, and development plans while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that promotes operational excellence.
- Assist with workforce planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation to meet business demands.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations support, ensuring timely and accurate opportunity, quote, and deal management.
- Review and approve quotes, opportunities, and non-standard deals while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
- Ensure Salesforce records, deal documentation, and operational processes are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Partner with Order Management to ensure seamless handoffs and accountability following Closed Won transactions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on operational issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Order Management teams to resolve complex deal and process challenges.
- Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and SLA adherence, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Analyze reports, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Conduct regular team check-ins, training sessions, and performance discussions to support engagement and development.
- Provide operational guidance and process expertise to Sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
